Who is the trade program for?

How is pricing shown on a trade estimate?

Each job gets one estimate, with material, fabrication, edges, cutouts and tear-out broken out, and install as its own line. That makes it simple to compare jobs and to pass the numbers to your client. For unit turns, we can repeat the same material picks across units so each estimate reads the same way. Pricing comes on the estimate, never as a list.

Can you template around the other trades on my job?

Yes. Template happens after cabinets are set and level, and install comes before the backsplash tile and the plumber's final connection. Tell us your schedule and we book template and install to fit it. Sinks and faucets should be on site at template so the cutouts are planned right. When you call about scheduling, a person answers the phone.

Can I keep your install or run my own crew?

Install sits on the estimate as its own line, so you can keep it with us or run your own crew. The crew that templates your job and cuts the slab is the crew that sets it, which is why install is on the estimate by default. If you would rather use your own people, tell us at the estimate and we will write it up that way.
